For a product to be eligible for exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase.
If the product you have received is damaged or wrong, please accept our apologies. While these occurrences are quite rare, they can happen. We will make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com and include a photo of the item in question. We will ship a replacement to you right away. The new order will be processed within one business day. In some cases we may ask for you to send the item back to us.
As all of our products are made to order, they cannot be restocked. Please review our size charts as well as the sizing alerts in our product descriptions and be careful to order the proper size.
Any item returned to us must be in new condition- unworn, unwashed and unaltered. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs.
Gift cards are not returnable.
