Exchange Policy

Our customers' happiness is our priority. Hence, we have developed an exchange policy that is consistent with that ideal.

For a product to be eligible for exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase.

If the product you have received is damaged or wrong, please accept our apologies. While these occurrences are quite rare, they can happen. We will make it right. Please contact us at info@wearingitwell.com and include a photo of the item in question. We will ship a replacement to you right away. The new order will be processed within one business day. 

All of our products are made to order and cannot be restocked. Please review our size charts as well as the sizing alerts in our product descriptions and be careful to order the proper size. If you still need to exchange an item due to a size issue, please contact us at info@wearingitwell.com. We will provide you with instructions. DO NOT return the item to the return address on your package. Replacement items must be the same item and color as the original order.

Any item returned to us must be in new condition- unworn, unwashed and unaltered. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs each way. Shipping costs on a size exchange item may not be the same as the shipping costs on the original order.

We cannot offer other exchanges or returns. 

Gift cards are not returnable.
